Special Offer: Free Reprints of Fossils and Strata Volumes 17, 19, 23 and 32

A couple of years ago, the former publishers of Fossils & Strata, the University Forlaget, decided to discard the whole stock of older volumes. Dr. Stefan Bengtson, the former editor of F&S, was so kind to take all unsold reprints to Stockholm and to offer them to the authors.

Since Klaus Müller and Dieter had published three big monographs in Fossils and Strata, Dieter took the chance and drove with his VW van (bully) up to Stockholm and carried back a large amount of copies of the three volumes down to Ulm (i.e., several hundreds of kg).

These monographs are, therefore, available for you now – and (still) for free. Our papers deal with 3D-preserved fossils from the Upper Cambrian 'Orsten' fauna of Sweden, i.e., on the Skaracarida, on Agnostus pisiformis, and Bredocaris admirabilis. Recently, Professor David Bruton, Oslo, Norway, helped Dieter to get also a set of copies of the big Rehbachiella kinnekullensis monograph, published in 1993 as F&S volume no. 32. You are welcome to request this paper too now - until the stock is exhausted, of cause.

Anyone interested in them and willing to send his/her reprints in return (to raise our reprint collection) is welcome to send her or his request to us. But we are happy to send them out also to persons not having reprints at hand, of course. No reprints are avai8lable of Andreas's monograph on phosphatocopines, BUT

As a new thing: we have digitized all monographs and now PDFs of all of them are available for download (low quallity): 17 – 19 – 23 – 32 – 49 (hq versions are available from the references list). Of course this is not as good as a reprint, but at least a possibility.

Of the monographs there are available still approx. 50 of volumes 17 and 19, approx. 15 of 32, but just a few left of 23, and not any of 49:
